All Customers that place an order on this site agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this site:

1) The equipment is sold, refurbished, “As Is”, with no manufacturer warranty or service contract, and any warranty or service contract that may accompany the Equipment at the time of purchase is null and void. If you sell any of the purchased equipment, you are required to ensure that the equipment complies with all regulatory requirements for the target market and locations, including without limitation, any product marking or labeling requirements.

2) When the product(s) reaches its End of Life, you agree that you will comply with all Federal and State laws as well as EPA eCycle recommendations in respect to the products disposal or donation. EPA recommended recycling or donation methods can be found at http://www.epa.gov/epawaste/conserve/materials/ecycling/donate.htm


Customers that place an order for Local Pick Up, please allow a 3 hour processing time before you stop by to pick up your order. Payment must be received for the order by 1:00 pm to retrieve the items the same day. Otherwise please pick up the merchandise the next business day.

Tech-Zone Outlet offers the following Warranty Policy: We will repair any unit which fails to function properly within 30 days of purchase as long as the malfunction has not resulted from abuse or natural disaster. User abuse includes dropping the unit, impacting the unit, cracking connectors or dongles. There is no warranty on laptop battery lives or items denoted as new and/or factory sealed from the manufacturer, as we have not tested them. The repair will take place as soon as possible; if the equipment is not repairable we will replace the item with a like unit of equal or greater value or refund the purchase price. Tech-Zone Outlet Disclaimer: We reserve the sole right to approve such claims for replacement. The purchaser is responsible for bearing the cost of the return shipment.

Local Pickups orders MUST bring a printed proof of purchase to pick up their order. If you don't have a proof of purchase you will be asked to come back at a later date with a proof of purchase.
