Q: Is the equipment sold with a warranty?

A: Tech-Zone Outlet offers a 30 day hardware warranty only unless otherwise stated on the site and within the product details. The products are not under any OEM warranty and all hardware warranties must be handled through Tech-Zone Outlet only.

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


Q: Is local pick up an option for customers?
A: Tech-Zone Outlet offers local pick up for its customers. In order to complete an order for local pick up, the customer must choose “Pick up from store” in the shipping method drop down box in their cart. Please allow 3 hours after you pay before you arrive to pick up your item(s). If you submit payment after 12:00 p.m., please retrieve you item(s) the following business day. Will-call orders MUST bring a printed proof of purchase to pick up their order. If you don't have a proof of purchase you will be asked to come back at a later date with a proof of purchase. 


Q: Who is responsible for the return shipping costs when a product is sent back through the RMA process for repair?                       
A: Return shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. After the repair is complete Tech-Zone Outlet will return the item to the customer at no charge.


Q: Do you have a retail location to see the products before I purchase them?
A: Unfortunately we do not currently have a retail location set up for this purpose.


Q: Can we pay cash for the products when we arrive to pick them up?
A: We do not accept cash. Payments can be made through our secure checkout via Paypal or Credit Card.


Q: Can we have the product shipped to an alternate address?
A: We will only ship your purchase to the billing address of the Credit Card holder.


Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 15 day return policy on devices that are not damaged or are otherwise in the same condition as they were when you made your purchase.


Q: Do you charge a restocking fee on returned devices?
A: Yes, we do charge a 15% restocking fee on returns after the order has been fully processed or if the return is within the 15 day return period.


Q: I noticed an item I purchased recently has dropped in price. Am I eligible for a partial refund?
A: If your purchase was within 15 days of the price drop, you are eligible for a partial refund. This offer is for permanent price drops only. Only quantities up to 3 will receive a refund, and any amount over the first 3 are not eligible. If your purchase is eligible for a partial refund, please contact us for assistance.


Q: Some of your products come with a grade (A, B, C, etc.). What does this mean?
A: Grades A, B, and C are considered cosmetic grades. D and F grades are considered fault grades. You can find more detail about these grades here.


All Laptops with Windows on them are wifi enabled and come with power supplies unless otherwise stated.
